Medi for All Tips:

  • Use any nondairy milk you like.

  • Use unsweetened cocoa power if you don't have raw cacao powder.

  • Add 1-2 tablespoons of your favorite nut butter to add some protein. You may need to add a small amount of additional liquid to keep it from getting too thick.
