Daily Meal Plan/Ideas:

  • Breakfast: Whole grain toast topped with nut butter, sliced banana, and cinnamon; side of sliced apples

  • Lunch: Tuna sandwich on whole wheat bread with sliced rep peppers

  • Dinner: Cilantro lime chicken with pinto beans and sautéed kale

  • Snack: Sliced cucumber and sunflower seeds or sweet potato roasted in olive oil with cayenne, chipotle powder and sea salt

  • Beverage: Mint tea
