Daily Meal Plan/Ideas:
Breakfast: Whole grain toast topped with nut butter, sliced banana, and cinnamon; side of sliced apples
Lunch: Tuna sandwich on whole wheat bread with sliced rep peppers
Dinner: Cilantro lime chicken with pinto beans and sautéed kale
Snack: Sliced cucumber and sunflower seeds or sweet potato roasted in olive oil with cayenne, chipotle powder and sea salt
Beverage: Mint tea
