Daily Meal Plan/Ideas:

  • Breakfast: Harboiled eggs, whole wheat English muffin brushed with olive oil, and sliced orange or fruit of choice

  • Lunch: Hummus, tomato, cucumber, and lettuce on whole wheat bread with baby carrots

  • Dinner: White bean soup with pasta, steamed broccoli

  • Dessert: Dark chocolate square or baked apples

  • Snack: Banana with Greek yogurt or sliced apple and peanut butter

  • Beverage: Cinnamon spiced tea or lemon infused water
