Daily Meal Plan/Ideas:
Breakfast: Harboiled eggs, whole wheat English muffin brushed with olive oil, and sliced orange or fruit of choice
Lunch: Hummus, tomato, cucumber, and lettuce on whole wheat bread with baby carrots
Dinner: White bean soup with pasta, steamed broccoli (to make the soup, follow the white bean puree recipe and add the broth of your choice until the consistency that you prefer)
Dessert: Dark chocolate square or baked apples
Snack: Banana with Greek yogurt or sliced apple and peanut butter
Beverage: Cinnamon spiced tea or lemon infused water
