Daily Meal Plan/Ideas:

  • Breakfast: Fried egg with quinoa and avocado slices

  • Lunch: Canned salmon over brown rice with sliced avocado, cucumber, sesame seeds, and soy sauce

  • Dinner: Tacos with sautéed shrimp, zucchini, red pepper, and black beans

  • Snack: Baby carrots with hummus or popcorn and sunflower seeds

  • Beverage: Ginger lemon tea
