Daily Meal Plan/Ideas:

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal with pepitas, chia seeds, cinnamon and fruit

  • Lunch: Baked tofu with sauteed string beans and brown rice

  • Dinner: Baked sweet potato topped with black beans and Greek yogurt, with a side salad

  • Snack: Banana date smoothie, sliced pear with nuts

  • Beverage: Green tea
