Daily Meal Plan/Ideas:

  • Breakfast: Muesli with Greek yogurt and fruit

  • Lunch: Chana Masala (freezer section), brown rice, bagged salad

  • Dinner: BBQ chicken teriyaki (freezer section) brown rice, quick boiled green beans

  • Snack: Trail mix (Go Raw Trek or Omega Trek mixes) or dolmas and Persian cucumbers

  • Beverage: Sparkling apple cider vinegar or kombucha
