Daily Meal Plan/Ideas:
Breakfast: Muesli with Greek yogurt and fruit
Lunch: Chana Masala (freezer section), brown rice, bagged salad
Dinner: BBQ chicken teriyaki (freezer section) brown rice, quick boiled green beans
Snack: Trail mix (Go Raw Trek or Omega Trek mixes) or dolmas and Persian cucumbers
Beverage: Sparkling apple cider vinegar or kombucha
