Orange & Avocado Salad



Medi for All Tips:

  • Here's how you can cut the pith off of citrus.

  • Use fresh squeezed orange juice to avoid added sugar from bottled orange juices. 1-2 oranges should yield the 1/4 cup juice needed, depending on size.

  • Use the remaining dressing to dress greens for a simple green salad, as a dip for veggies, or as a sauce on a grain bowl.

  • Top with your favorite chopped nuts or seeds for an added nutrition boost.
