Medi For All Tips:

  • Use regular broth instead of reduced sodium, if that's what you have.

  • Serve with brown rice or whole grain bread for a well rounded meal,

  • To make this recipe gluten free, use a gluten free flour, or skip the step of flouring the chicken. Coat the chicken in the spices only and saute from there. You will get less of a crust on the chicken, but it will still be delicious.
